Group travel breaks when no one owns the details. We own them. We match lodging to the guest list. We arrange private drivers from Liberia International Airport (LIR). We plan dinners, water days, and the quiet time in between.
Most guests fly into LIR. Direct flights from many US and Canadian hubs land there. Drive time from LIR to Tamarindo, Flamingo, Potrero, Brasilito, and Playa Conchal is about 45 to 75 minutes.
What we coordinate
We coordinate ocean-view villas, beachfront hotels, and vacation homes. We coordinate transportation. We coordinate catering, private chefs, and group dinners. We coordinate excursions, catamaran add-ons, and guest logistics. One team holds the week.
We interview you first. We learn who the trip is for, the guest count, the budget, and the mood. Then we match the Gold Coast setting. Partner settings seat groups from 15 to 120 guests.

How we work
Twelve months out, share the date range and the guest count. We confirm the setting. Six months out, we lock lodging and the daily plan. Thirty days out, we confirm arrivals and the schedule. Event week, we run the plan so the host can be a guest.
We planned our own Costa Rica wedding with more than 50 guests. We know what a large incoming group needs. Our team is bilingual. Local experts on our team have more than 20 years of Gold Coast experience.
Monumental CR is a new company. Our first three retreat and celebration groups receive founding-client terms. In exchange, we ask for photography rights and a written review.
Request venue options if you are 12 to 18 months out. Call or email when you are ready to hold dates. We reply within one business day. We cover payment in US dollars and the deposit schedule on the first call.
